If you want something no nonsense, simple, intuitive, and which actually honors and seems interested in your health, instead of monetizing your journey, go with Easy Fast. basically 4 buttons. fast, end fast, journal. gives you the chance to take notes throughout/after each fast, which allows you to look back at them and see if you are making progress, or struggling, Etc. no "AI assistant", no games, no reward or punishment based on your schedule. Solid app that lets you focus on YOU.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review. Since this was written, Easy Fast has moved to a freemium model so I can keep maintaining it without ads or data selling. The simple fasting timer remains free, and Pro is optional for advanced tools.

Fantastic fasting tracker. Just as good as Fasty on iOS. I am waiting for the Health Connect integration before moving it up to five stars. As good as it is I would consider it worth a one time payment once the integration is working. Edit: all features now working. That said, subscription only is a no purchase for me.

Thanks for your review Ryan. Sam has now implemented a weight sync with Health Connect, if that is helpful for you. This can be enabled in the Settings > Features > Weight > Sync to Health Connect, or by tapping the icon when you input a new weight entry. We hope that is of benefit!

I had to edit my review. I gave this a 5 stars and have even donated because it was so good and they gave away so much for free. But something changed. The free features are now hidden behind paywalls, there's constant 'upgrade to pro' pop ups, and the $50 a year plan was a big jump on what they had before. Something changed. I remember the developer saying it will always be free. Maybe they sold it to someone or the developer changed and went back on his word. It's sad and lost my trust.
